Candace Lefke
Candace Lefke (she/they) is a queer, neurodivergent breathwork facilitator and guide who shows up honest, messy, and still healing—because she believes that's where the real work happens. As a facilitator for Queer Divorce Club, Candace leads breathwork sessions and support groups with a grounding presence rooted in her own non-linear healing journey through divorce, disordered eating recovery, and a long, complicated relationship with her body and herself.
Candace's approach is born from lived experience. She knows what it's like to feel powerful one day and like a hot, dysregulated mess the next. Through it all, breathwork and embodiment practices have been her steady anchor—tools that help her hear the truth underneath the noise and feel her way back home to herself. Now, she's sharing these practices with others who are craving gentleness, realness, and connection.
In Candace's sessions, you'll be held in a space where your body's wisdom is honored, your voice is heard, and your experience of being human is witnessed and validated. She's not here as anyone's healer—she's walking this path with you, sharing the wisdom and tools that have shifted her own relationship with herself. Her facilitation blends breathwork, embodied listening, and somatic practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deeper self-awareness.
Candace is committed to making healing accessible. She offers pay-what-you-can sessions because she knows how hard it can be to access support when you're stretched thin. Whether you're navigating divorce, exploring your identity, or simply learning to trust yourself again, Candace creates a safe space where you can slow down, reconnect, and remember that you belong to yourself.
